Perfect for the concert and location enjoyed the place Highly Recommend Positive: the security guard at the building was a lovely helpful man George. The location and unit were great privacy and central location to the Qudos stadium and DFO. would book again . I work in the AIRBNB Industry doing 60 properties I like the little things the most. Negative: Im not a fan of memory foam mattress but my partner loved his bed . The towels maybe a few extra for the pool, and a tea towel

Very very disappointing Positive: Location was great. Pool and spa facilities excellent. Negative: Very very disappointed. I was unable to contact the owners throughout the stay, I requested additional bedding and a second key with no reply. In addition to that, inadequate linen was supplied. Advertised and a two bedroom with three beds, but did not supply lines for such!? No top sheets on beds. No pillow cases for pillows. The linen and towels were very poor quality, and beds incredibly uncomfortable. The drains in both showers failed to drain quickly. There were not enough coffee cups and basic kitchen supplies were lacking. The dishwasher would not work. I have subsequently been charged $90 for staining white towels (Kmart branded towels.. poor quality…) perhaps supply dark towels if you are concerned about makeup stains? the poor quality of basic inclusions, uncomfortable bedding and poor response has tarnished what was an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Our stay was lovely .very child friendly clean and inviting gardens and facilities . Positive: Flat walk to venue. Negative: Shower was a little hard to regulate

The apartment is in a fantastic area, the apartment is very spacious, Positive: Excellent location for us Negative: The shower in main bathroom leaked, there was a flashing light in living room area. The beds are very uncomfortable

Do not recommend Positive: Location Negative: Check in was a drama, i picked this property and spent more money for the facilities - especially the POOL at the property. At NO time was this mentioned or noted when booking pool was closed for repairs, until my excited kids went down for a swim to find a sign up closed (and had been closed a few weeks before our stay) and pool was empty on a very hot weekend. Very disappointing. I messaged Eric/property contact of my disappointment and was told they didn't know about it. POOR communication all around if you are managing a property. I wanted some kind of compensation/ reimbursement for this as i believe it was false advertising, I was told it has been reported to manager and i have not heard anything back. Customer service appalling. The beds were awful, hard, the pillows terrible and the so called sofa in loungeroom to sleep on was dirty, and the design you were sleeping on a big lump in the middle, i wouldn't even let me dog sleep on it, and the main bedroom bathroom had horrible smell to it.
